You're invited to Amanda's 50th Birthday Bash!

WHAT

Amanda is turning 50 and she wants one thing: a fun weekend with the people she loves. We’re gathering at Asbury Woods for food, games, inflatable kickball, swimming, and s’mores. We hope you’ll join us.


WHEN

We will start the weekend Friday night and end Sunday morning.  August 21, 22, and 23.


WHERE

We have rented Asbury Woods Camp & Retreat Center in Salt Rock, WV.  We have the facility Friday to Sunday.  There are accommodations if anyone would like to stay.  There are many things to do including hiking, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing!

What To Bring

Staying the night?

Bring:

  • Bedding (sheets, pillow + blanket or sleeping bag)
  • Bath towel & washcloth
  • Pool towel
  • Toiletries
  • Comfy sleep clothes
  • A light jacket or hoodie for the evening
  • Flashlight
  • Plus everything in the day-guest list

Just coming for the day?

Bring:

  • Swimsuit + cover-up
  • Pool towel
  • Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (you’ll want them for kickball)
  • Sunscreen & bug spray
  • A light jacket (it cools off at night)
  • Optional: camp chair


And the most important item…

If you’re playing kickball, bring your own inflatable costume.
